Obituary

Rose M. Manno Angelillo, 81, of Greenacres, FL passed away on May 28, 2026. Rose was born on June 17, 1944, in The Bronx, N.Y. to Vincenzo Manno and Emily Manno.

Growing up, Rose graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in The Bronx, N.Y. She had a close bond with her sisters Geraldine and Joan and her brother Salvatore.

On June 6, 1964, Rose married Carlo J. Angelillo in The Bronx N.Y. at Chateau Pelham. Together they shared 31 years of marriage and raised their two children Anthony and Deena.

Throughout her life, Rose worked as a personal secretary for a N.Y. State Senator and as an Insurance Agent in N.Y and in Florida.

Rose is survived by her son Anthony J. Angelillo, her daughter Deena M. Angelillo Buell, her granddaughter Brianna Rose Angelillo Garcia, her grandsons Michael J. Buell and Matthew A. Buell and her great grandchildren Giulia Buell, Luca Buell and baby Rosa Garcia will be the latest addition to Rose’s growing family.

Outside of work, Rose loved to read, she loved politics and she loved her N.Y. Yankees.

Rose will be remembered for her beautiful smile, contagious laugh and her kind, warm, nurturing demeanor. She was a dedicated and loving daughter, sister, aunt, friend, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held on June 5, 2026, from 10am to 12pm at Boynton Memorial Chapel 800 W. Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL.
