Sophie Timmermans passed away on September 10, 2020 at the Courtyard Gardens in Boynton Beach, FL at the age of 88. Sophie is survived by her sister Stephanie Howard and brother Seraphin Surowiec.

She was preceded by her husband Timmy Timmermans, a brother Stanley Surowiec and parents. Sophie was born in Putman Connecticut on April 6th, 1932. Spent most of her childhood years in Jewett City, Connecticut  later moving to Boston with her sister Stephanie where she work at the Accounting Corp of America data processing center as executive secretary. In 1980 she migrated to Boynton Beach, Florida. Sophie loved to play golf and while still living in Connecticut enjoyed going out dancing with her sister Stephanie almost every evening. Her hobbies included painting and knitting. Sophie attended Griswold High School, Boston University and graduated from Bentley College. A devout Catholic and member of Columiete Trinity 4839.
