Obituary
Age 81 of South Palm Beach, FL died Tuesday evening, August 19, 2008. Sophie is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Steve Coz; a son, James Virga; three grandchildren, Katie, Joey and Emma; and many friends.
Her extraordinary cooking skills and knowledge created a family atmosphere of warmth and welcome enjoyed by many.
The family will hold a private service. Those who wish may make contributions in Sophie's memory to the Caridad Center of Boynton Beach or to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
