Vernon Clarke Shepherd, 61, of West Palm Beach, FL succumbed to COPD & Congestive Heart Failure with his wife at his bedside on May 29, 2022.

Vernon is survived by his wife Beth of 32 years together. They loved one another so much they married each other twice! His daughters- Kristen (Craig) Stimson & Emily Rose Shepherd, his son Adam Clarke Shepherd (Latoya). His sisters and brother Cindy Jones, Jackie (Mark) Oerther, Tammy Shepherd Klick and Gregg (Stacy) Shepherd. In his last days, he was overjoyed visiting with his grandchildren- Casey, Chloe, Luke, Kaylee, and Jordyn. He also leaves behind nephews he loved like sons- Jason (Mandy & Children) Jones, Robert Jones and David Kahl-Henry (Sam). He also leaves behind many other nieces and nephews and the last of the Campbell (Vernon's Mother's) line, TJ Dunbaden.

Vernon owned his own irrigation business and loved to work until his body told him he couldn't anymore. He also enjoyed tinkering with cars & taking care of the house he raised his children in. He also leaves behind 2 dogs who he loved & are lost without him, Shep and Spirit. He was a loving husband, father, Uncle and PopPop – and will be forever missed.

There will be a Celebration of Life in his honor. All of his favorite foods and drinks will be provided. Please come and share a memory or two.
