Wayne A. Cummins, loving husband and father passed away on November 11, 2021 at the age of 74.  Wayne was the eldest of six children, born to Arthur and Mildred Cummins in West New York, NJ on June 14, 1947.  Later the family moved to Accord, NY where he later met his wife Catherine (Cathy).  After graduation from Onterora High School, Wayne worked at Ellenville Printing, then started his career at IBM in 1970 and later relocated to South Florida.  Shortly after, they started a family and had three sons.

In 1982, IBM transferred Wayne and his family to Bad Hamburg, Germany where they resided for three years.  After their time in Germany, the family returned to their home in Boynton Beach, FL. After 25 years of service Wayne retired from IBM in 1995.

Wayne enjoyed fishing, golfing, cooking and an occasional cigar with a pint of Guinness.  He loved and adored his grandchildren.  He always had a great story to share, Wayne never met a stranger and was known for his great sense of humor.

Wayne is survived by his wife Cathy, siblings Roxanne, Roland, Randy, Jeff and Arthur, his sons Jim (Melisa), Mark (Pam) and Kevin (Lina) and grandchildren Jesse (Dakota), Kylie (Joey), Trenton, Andrew, Ryan and McKenna.

A celebration of life will be held at Boynton Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 between 2:00pm – 4:00pm with a service to start around 3:00pm.  The address is 800 West Boynton Beach Boulevard, Boynton Beach.  There will be a reception after the service at O'Connor's Irish Pub in Delray Beach.
