Wilma R. Burke, 90 of Boynton Beach died peacefully on January 23, 2026. Wilma was raised in Michigan where she attended school, and moved to New Jersey, where she met her husband Robert to whom she was married for 25 and moved to Florida in 1979.

Robert passed away in 1989 and Wilma never re-married.

Wilma also lived in Colorado for 10 years and returned to Florida in 2007.

In her earlier years Wilma was a Cub Scout Den Mother, and a Girl Scout Troop Leader. Wilma worked as a cab driver, an executive secretary, an office manager and a private executive assistant before retiring.

She enjoyed handcrafts, cooking, and baking.

She travelled to 48 of the United States, eastern Canada and to western Europe on many occasions with her family.

She is survived by her sister Helen and her husband Edward Scezney, her son Christopher and his wife Kimberly Burke, her daughter Laura and her husband Mark Robinson, her grandson Keegan and his wife Emily Burke, her granddaughter Jennifer and her husband Paul Groditski, her two great grandchildren Lucas and Xander, her step-grandchildren, Kristy Woodall, Eric Showalter, Andrew, Megan and Rebecca Robinson, and numerous nieces and nephews spread across the United States.
